• Contact data — email address you provide when downloading a free guide, purchasing, or contacting support.
• Order data — product purchased, transaction ID, country, and amount (collected via Paddle).
• Usage data — pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location derived from IP.
• Support data — content of any message you send us.
• Cookies — see Section 9.

• Provide the service (deliver your guide, manage your order) — contract performance.
• Customer support — legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest in protecting the service.
• Product improvement — legitimate interest in understanding usage; aggregated where possible.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our service providers are located outside the EEA/UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: order records for as long as required for tax/accounting (typically 7–10 years), support messages for up to 3 years, usage data for up to 24 months. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosting providers — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users of material breaches as required by law.
