We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Selfnova guides. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at self.nova.helper@gmail.com and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The Face Glow Reset guide is offered free of charge. Since no payment is taken, refunds do not apply.
