Selfnova is operated by Samuel Bajzík ("we", "us", "Selfnova"), trading as Selfnova. Contact: self.nova.helper@gmail.com. By using Selfnova or purchasing a product, you enter into these Terms with Samuel Bajzík.

By accessing the site, downloading a guide, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Selfnova provides downloadable digital self-improvement guides (PDFs) focused on appearance, grooming, and lifestyle. Guides are for personal, informational use only and are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice. Results vary.

You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully; (b) engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the service; (e) scrape or redistribute our content; (f) share, resell, or republish purchased guides.

All content, branding, text, images, and the guides themselves are owned by Samuel Bajzík and protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment or payment reversal, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious misuse. On termination, your licence to use the guides ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and guides are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in the guides is professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samuel Bajzík from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
